The Best Fudge Brownies / These brownies encompass all of the key components to a perfect and irresistible brownie. Beautiful crisp edges, fudge consistency, a shiny crinkly top, and extra chocolate. But MVP of this recipe is the *coffee concentrate* that just enhances the cocoa flavor and really takes these brownies to the next level. Warm out of the oven..you won’t stop at just one. Trust me. Add a heaping scoop of ice cream on top of these babies and you’ll be in dessert heaven!
What is coffee concentrate? It’s a potent coffee extracted from coffee beans! It is extremely versatile as it comes in liquid form. You can mix coffee concentrate with water or milk, enjoy it hot versus cold, etc. Or you can step up your game and make these brownies. For this recipe I used Javy Coffee Concentrate.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup all purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons coffee concentrate (I used Javvy)
– 1 and 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
– 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar (divided into 1 cup and 1/2 cups)
– 2 large eggs
– 3/4 cups of chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick baking spray
3. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt into a large bowel. Set aside.
4. Combine butter, oil, and 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter is completely melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Whisk together until well combined.
6. Add coffee concentrate to the egg mixture. Whisk to combine.
7. Gradually pour the butter mixture into the egg mixture while whisking constantly. Whisk until completely combined.
8. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl, adding about 1/3 of the dry ingredients at a time. Fold until just combined. Do not overmix!
9. Add the chocolate chips. Fold until just incorporated.
10. Transfer the batter into the baking pan
11. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick is clean in the middle. (Bake for 27-28 minutes for gooey/extra fudginess)
12. Let it cool and enjoy!
